Data Retention | The personal data collected will be processed exclusively for the period necessary for the management of the complaint within the channel, and the realization, if necessary, of the investigation and the implementation of relevant measures. The data will be deleted within the channel no later than 3 months after the submission of the complaint, except in circumstances of particular complexity that justify an extension for an additional period of maximum 3 months. At the end of this period, the data will be blocked and retained only for the time necessary to meet possible legal liabilities. In relation to the complaints that are not admissible within the 3 months stipulated for their processing, the data associated with such complaints will be deleted after this period has elapsed. However, those complaints considered essential to demonstrate the correct functioning of the Internal Information System, whether they have been processed or not, will be anonymized. |
